Most mechanical engineering sector leaders including from the automotive, construction, printing, energy, plastics, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, recycling, wood, steel, textiles and packaging sectors have decided on symmedia SP/1.

2013
symmedia SP/1 Monitoring for the local and global monitoring of machines and facilities.

2014
The symmedia SP/1 Portal is subdivided into the 4 products Remote Service, Maintenance, Parts and Monitoring. Thereby it is optimally prepared for individual service solutions.

2015
Connected to smart factory or "Industrie 4.0" symmedia focusses on growth and invests in the expansion of the company at the location in Bielefeld.

2017
symmedia integrated smart glasses into the service process with symmedia SP/1.
