Proactive Service

Proactive service means "acting before it's too late", i.e. the machine manufacturer must be in constant contact with the customer to provide the right service before the machine breaks down. This is where modern Industry 4.0 technologies come into operation, which make it possible to predict failures before they happen through a constant exchange of data between machine operator and manufacturer. This has the advantage that expensive machine downtimes are avoided and production interruptions can be planned.
