Predictive Maintenance 4.0 - Status-based Visualization for Pumps

KMT Waterjet has recognized: Customer Loyalty leads to an increase of the overall company value. This is why KMT together with symmedia have developed a visualization which gives the user of a watercutting system an overview of the current status of wear parts and when an exchange is due to retain the maximum producitvity.  

Also KMT receives this data from the opertor and can proactively provide respective maintenance and parts offers to the customers. In doing so, KMT goes a siginificant step into the direction of smart Services/ Industry 4.0 and Predicitive Maintenance.
