Time Account

symmedia SP/1 Remote Service enables all online service times to be viewed and clear reports to be provided to customers. The time account saves all online times. Service quotas can be assigned to each individual customer. Then any service times are booked out of this service quota.

The online times of the service technician are saved in the service report.

Service quotas can also be stored for each customer. The online time required by the service technician to solve a reported malfunction is automatically booked by the system to the service time account.
