Mobile devices can be seamlessly integrated into the symmedia SP/1 application.
Firstly the symmedia SP/1 client also runs on, for example, tablets. This allows an even more flexible use of the service portal within the plant network. The machine operator can then, for example, walk around the machine and make shots that he sents to the service technician via the Conference Center.
The service technician can also receive messages to his smartphone, when new service requests appear. On the operator's side such mobile messages can be sent when a machine needs parts, maintenance and other services.
A completely new way of communication is offered by the smart glasses. To integrate it into the service portal symmedia SP/1, symmedia SP/1 Glasses will be available in fall.
